My educational background includes a Bachelors degree in microbiology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Masters degree in nutrition from Colorado State University. As a dietitian, the goal of my practice is to achieve optimal body function through nutrition education, application, and accountability in manageable, measurable steps. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons. Running, swimming and biking are a fun part of my life, too.
