I obtained a B.S. degree in Food and Nutrition and completed the undergraduate program in Dietetics at North Dakota State University in 1986. The majority of my career has involved treating eating disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My nutrition therapy practice encourages those in recovery to engage in mindful eating and activity patterns that nurture their body to restore health and well being.
